Welcome to the AI Assistant of this platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The Service is designed to assist you in managing your account and executing platform operations more conveniently through artificial intelligence technology. Before you enable or use the Service, please carefully read and fully understand these "Terms of Use and Disclaimer for AI Assistant Features" (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement"). By clicking to use immediately or by actually using the Service, you are deemed to have fully acknowledged and accepted the entire contents of this Agreement.
1. Nature and Limitations of the Service
1.1 The AI Assistant is an auxiliary tool provided based on large language models and related artificial intelligence technologies. It generates suggestions or executes specific operations by understanding your natural language instructions, but it cannot replace your own professional judgment and final decision.
1.2 Limited by the inherent attributes of current technology, the AI Assistant may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses or operations. The platform does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the content output by the AI Assistant. You are obligated to verify the information independently before relying on the information provided by the AI Assistant or authorizing it to execute operations.
2. Authorized Operations and Assumption of Consequences
2.1 When you issue instructions to the AI Assistant via voice or text (including but not limited to requests for inquiries, modifications, purchases, etc.), the operations executed by the AI Assistant within the platform's system based on such instructions shall be deemed as your true intention and personal operations. All legal consequences and financial liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne solely by you.
2.2 For operations involving fund deductions or significant account status changes, the platform may (but has no mandatory obligation to) implement a secondary confirmation mechanism. Regardless of whether there is a secondary confirmation, you shall be responsible for all instructions you issue to the AI Assistant.
3. Currently Available Features (Domains and Accounts)
Given that the Service currently primarily supports features related to "Domain Registration" and "Account Settings," you hereby specifically acknowledge that:
3.1 Domain Registration Operations: When you authorize the AI Assistant to execute domain name queries, registrations, and renewals on your behalf, the system will generate a corresponding bill for you to confirm and proactively complete the payment settlement; if you have bound a payment instrument or the system enables the automatic deduction function, you agree and authorize the system to deduct the corresponding fees directly from your account balance or bound payment instrument based on the parsing results of the AI Assistant. Once a domain registration is submitted and the fee is successfully deducted, it is generally irrevocable and non-refundable. Any financial loss resulting from erroneous or redundant registrations caused by your vague instructions, spelling errors, or AI parsing deviations shall be borne solely by you. For domain names registered through the AI Assistant, you are still required to fully comply with all policies and regulations of the relevant domain registries and ICANN, including but not limited to providing true and accurate registrant information (Whois data).
3.2 Account Settings Operations: When authorizing the AI Assistant to modify account information, security settings, or permission configurations, please ensure the precision of your instructions. The platform shall not be liable for any security downgrade, privacy leakage, or functional limitation caused by improper instructions.
4. Future Features
4.1 The platform plans to gradually integrate all supported operations on the PC end into the AI Assistant. The scope of this Agreement shall automatically extend to all newly added AI-assisted features in the future (such as transaction management, asset transfer, dispute resolution, etc.) without the need to sign a separate supplementary agreement.
4.2 The platform reserves the right to unilaterally determine the scope of operational permissions that the AI Assistant can execute, and may restrict or suspend the AI Assistant's access to certain sensitive features (such as large-amount withdrawals, account cancellations, etc.) at any time due to system security risk considerations.
5. Privacy and Data Processing
5.1 To provide and optimize the Service, the platform will collect and process your conversation logs, interaction instructions, and related operation records with the AI Assistant. The processing of such data will strictly comply with the data protection laws of the applicable jurisdiction (such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or applicable regulations) and the platform's Privacy Policy.
5.2 Please do not actively input unnecessary sensitive personal information (such as full credit card numbers, unencrypted passwords, etc.) in your conversations with the AI Assistant. The risk of data leakage caused by your proactive input of improper information shall be borne solely by you.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, or other legal theories.
6.2 The platform shall not be liable for compensation for any delays in the AI Assistant service or erroneous execution of instructions caused by third-party service interruptions (such as downtime of the underlying large model provider), network failures, hacker attacks, or force majeure.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the use of the Service shall be resolved by both parties through amicable negotiations; if negotiations fail, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
